We have one unfurnished room available in a 3 bedroom apartment in Alphabet City on Avenue C. The room is for one occupant. The apartment is located on the sixth floor. The building was made in 2006. Modern fixtures & appliances. Central heating and air. Private balcony. Rooftop access. Laundry in the cellar.

An approximate 15 minute walk to the F, M, J, Z, L subways. Next to M21 & M9 bus stop. 2 CitiBike stations within a block radius.

Close to East Village and Lower East Side. A lot of great restaurants and bars nearby.

Utilities (electricity & Internet) are about $70-100.

Upon moving in, the rent and a deposit is required. Rent is 1900 per month. Security deposit is a one time fee of 1900. Total is 3400.

All of these amenities and a great neighborhood packaged with two low key gentlemen in their thirties from California:

One has been living in NYC for 10+ years. He is in the entertainment industry.

The other is in transportation.

What we're looking for in a roommate:

Prerequisites - considerate, clean (which means also making the effort to clean), respectful, responsible

Preferable - Mature, settled down
