What are you looking for in a tenant?
Looking for someone to take over my lease in this rent stabilized apartment starting December 15 and ending March 31, 2021. Current rent is $1,934 and would be open to go down to $1,600 (excluding utilities) and cover the difference to the Landlord. Rent Stabilized Apartment will likely be marginally increased over the course of the next few years (rent increase is 0% this year)
What do you love about this place?
Come call this garden facing dream of a studio home for a few months! I love the views of the Miracle Garden across the way, the ample closet space, the neighborhood, and the incredibly high ceilings that make the space feel larger. The unit has both southern and western exposure, allowing light to pour in the space. The apt comes potentially furnished with a full-sized bed, nightstand, dresser, coffee table, and couch. Located on the 5th floor of a well maintained walk-up building in the Heart of Alphabet City surrounded by bars and restaurants like POST, Root & Bone, and Poco. Apartment features: - Hardwood floors - High Ceilings - Good Natural Light with South-West exposure. - Ample closet space - a few blocks from 2nd Ave F Train and close to the Essex Delancey Subway - F, M, J, Z
