We have easy access to the East River, minutes from VA Hospital, NYU Dental, and Bellevue Hospital Beth Isreal Medical center. NYC Waterway with ferries going to LIC, Stuyvesant Cove, and South Street Seaport.

Room available is furnished with Queen Bed, Ikea Sliding Door Closet, Dresser Drawers, Large Work Desk, Sofa, and TV.

I love to cook so I have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, air frier, espresso/cappuccino/latte machine, chef's stove, and much more!

The Roommates:
I have the master bedroom with a private bath with my husband, we are professionals in Real Estate, respectable, clean, and easy to get along with.
-Young, male professional in the middle room is outgoing, sociable, and a sports fanatic! Easy to get along with as well.

We are looking for a roommate with similar qualities who is clean and picks up after himself. I am not a neat freak but I love my home to be in order and organized.
