The apartment includes a full bathroom and anything and everything you'd need in the full-sized kitchen - even a dishwasher and built-in kitchen island. Lots of space to cook. Cable, electric, and wifi are split even monthly.

Will be male or female ages 23 - 40, who can be respectable of the common spaces and would like to hang from time to time. First month and 1 month deposit are due at signing.
