Looking for someone to take my spot in my apartment in the East Village on Avenue B. Ideally starting December 1 but I am flexible with move in date ! You would also have the ability to join our lease in May.
The space itself comes with lots of storage and is big enough to fit a queen bed with ample space and possibly a king if you didn?t mind being a little cramped. The apartment has hardwood floors through out and a shared living space. Also roof access in the building !
The neighborhood is ideal with tons of bars and restaurants near by. It?s a 2 minute walk from Key Foods and about a 12 minute walk from Trader Joe?s. In addition both the 2nd Ave and Essex Street stations are in walking distance.
You would be living with 2 other roommates one in her early 20s in PR and another in her early 30s in advertising, as well as a super chill cat.
