East Village from August!

Hey there! I am looking for someone to replace me in this lovely East Village apartment from August 4th. The lease will be for 10 months but easily extended if you decide to stay on in the apartment.

I have lived in the apartment opposite to this one for the last year and a half, and at the end of May I am moving in to this apartment with my two friends (I?m moving in for just two months). The photos I have included here are of my current apartment because the apartment for lease is currently very cluttered and so doesn?t look as nice as it will when my friends and I live there :) The apartments are exactly the same but a mirror image of each other and with a different view out the window (I have included photos of the actual view you?d have from your room).

When I move out I will happily leave all my furnishings for you, or if you want the room unfurnished I will move them out.

The room measures 9 ft by 6 ft 7 inches so it?s pretty small but as you can see it neatly fits a full size bed and some shelving. There?s a nice big window with lots of light and a good size wardrobe in the living room which is solely for your use (the other two rooms have their own wardrobe).

The building has a small gym, a backyard patio area, a great superintendent, lots of cool bars and restaurants and a park nearby. My friends who you?d be moving in with are two awesome women; one from Belgium who is an engineer (age 25) and the other my long-term friend from England who has a PHD and works in cancer research (age 31). We?re all fun-loving social butterflies who also love exercise, quiet time and a good glass of wine with some girly-bonding.

As I will only be staying in the apartment for two months, the landlady wants the third tenant to sign the lease to start at the end of May but I will pay the rent for June and July direct to the landlady and you would just need to start paying when you move in, in August :)
