$1800 Big East Village Rm 10x12, 3bdr Luxury Apt

Hi,

We are two late 20?s / early 30?s guys looking for somebody to fill the last room in our 3-bed apartment in the East Village. We?re looking for somebody with a full time job or a full time student who is chill and respectful but also who enjoys the occasional drink at the weekend.

We have a large sunlit bedroom (approx. 10? by 12?) with a full closet, two windows and hardwood floors, you will share a nice sized bathroom with one roommate, and have full access to the kitchen and large living room (with huge TV). The building is great, it is fairly new and recently renovated and includes a doorman, laundry room, a gym and an elevator, which is handy as we?re on the 6th floor (away from the street noise). We?re also located above a full grocery store which is really convenient.

We're located: Right across from Tompkins Square Park, on the same block as Zum Schneider and ABC Beer, across the street from Summit, surrounded by tons of bars and restaurants, 10 minutes from the 1st Ave L stop, lots of bus lines within a block (M9 right outside the apt, M8, 14D, 14A) and three Citibike stations within two blocks.

The room is available from 4/1 ? 7/31 with an option to renew the lease after that. We?re looking for someone who can move in April 1st, can pay $1800 a month in rent, can put down a months rent for security deposit and doesn?t have any pets (unfortunately not allowed in the building).

The current occupant of the room is moving abroad so can leave the majority of the furniture in the room (if you want it) this includes a bed, bedside table, 4-draw chest, mirror and shoe rack.
