East Village Room- Fireplace/Deck!

ABOUT THIS LISTING

Single mom with a college kid living in Boston offering a small room in a 2000 sq Feet duplex apartment. Room is furnished, bedding and towels are included, bathroom shared only with one person, lots of space and closets, shared kitchen, deck, living room with a fireplace and dining room. Only one person, preferably a female or queer and we love vegetarians! Quiet, respectful and very clean only. No parties or friends over. Also we have 2 cats 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

We are near beautiful gardens, amazing restaurants and cafes, the Tompkins Square Park and the East River Park! Trains ( L and F ) are 10 min away, 3 different bus lines within a few blocks.
Shorter stays ( min 3 months ) are welcome. Dates can be Flexible.

I'm a fashion stylist and artist.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
One month’s rent and a $2000 security deposit will be required upfront and remember we have cats! We also require to fairly split the cost of Con-Edison that varies depending on the season around $50 monthly, Internet, cleaning lady and cleaning supplies monthly it’s about a lil over $200 monthly.

NOTES:

-There’s an option to include a private bathroom for $500 more a month.

-The length of stay can be extended for students that are staying for the school year.

-Only people that have a job or school are accepted. Not available for working from home folks.

-No meat cooking in the premises. Vegetarian household.
