Hello, I'm looking for a long term roommate to join this 2br apartment. My current roommate Fiona is moving out by September 1st, space will be available then. Private bedroom in the back of the apartment, shared common areas and bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit, additional closet space available if needed. 3rd floor apartment* Driveway shared with other tenants or on-street parking.
I'm 34, working Monday thru Friday, organized and clean but not fussy. I Usually I keep to myself, I am quiet and respectful and am comfortable living with all genders. lgbtqia+ friendly home. Rent and utilities are split 50/50. $850 each plus utilities/wifi.
