Historic house with 3 rooms for rent

Three separate rooms for rent available in a historic house with a garden oasis in the back. The space features all three rooms on the second floor with a shared half bath (the upstairs bathroom is in the process of being renovated and fitted with a shower and tub). All rooms are furnished with a bed.

Room 1: Large room with a desk and small attached room where the washer and dryer are located and an area to sit if you want to bring in something small.

Room 2: Large sunny room with sky lights and queen size bed and desk. Space enough to put a small couch in for relaxing.

Room 3: Smaller room with a full sized bed located in the back of the house. This room is still being painted and will not be available until April.

The bathroom is being renovated and fitted with a bath and shower. Owner lives in the home on the first floor but is often away. Shared with one very adorable mixed breed medium sized couch potato of a dog.
