***Two friends looking for one male or female to move in and occupy a small, but clean and comfortable bedroom available in a big and beautiful three decker first floor apartment near downtown Webster and just a few minutes walk from the WRTA bus stop!***
AVAILABLE BEGINNING OF AUGUST, BUT COULD NEGOTIATE EARLIER MOVE IN! FIRST AND LAST DUE AT MOVE IN ($1000 TOTAL)!
The room is approximately 90 square feet, has one window, and a fair sized closet. There is a trash bin, window curtain, a night light, and Glade plugin (empty so you can choose your scent) in the room for use by the new tenant. The room is located directly next to the back entry to the apartment.
The apartment and everything in it (unless stated otherwise by current tenants during housemate interview or during the duration of tenancy) will be shared with its current two tenants, both males aged 33 and 32 who have known each other for 10+ years and living together at current home for about two years. There is single private bathroom to be shared by everyone. Both current tenants are kind, caring, friendly, laid back, and open minded and are looking for one male or female who is the same way. Responsibility is a top requirement, especially regarding cleanliness and finances. The home is LGBTQA+ friendly, non judgmental, and multi denominational. There is a zero discrimination policy.
Rent is $600 ($1800 total, split three ways) a month (due no later than the 10th). Utilities are separate and split 3 ways, with WiFI internet being the same price each month whereas the gas and electric bill varies slightly month to month. For those with a vehicle, there is free parking (first come, first serve) on the street and plenty of free parking in a town parking lot a minute walk down the street. For those with a bike, scooter, etc., there is free storage space available. Both current tenants are in a year long lease than began January 1st of this year. New tenant would just need to provide a valid picture ID and full name so current tenants can reach out to the property manager so they can add the new tenant to the lease, simply as a formality. New tenant would have to abide by everything in lease agreement except the actual length of tenancy as new tenant can stay as little or as long as they want/need.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit with drying racks in the kitchen if needed.
No smoking other than outside (vaping indoors is ok), no illegal drugs, and no pets (aside from bird, amphibian, or reptile discussed and agreed by all housemates).
