Seeking a responsible, reliable, considerate, clean housemate to rent the lower level of my two story house which is located in a quiet neighborhood north of Worcester (close to Worcester Airport, WSU, Tatnuck Square)

The space includes 1 bedroom, den and bathroom (bathroom is in the shared laundry) Den is furnished with a refrigerator, couch, side table, and flat screen TV. Bedroom is furnished with a dresser, full size bed, nightstand and garment rack, with storage areas and room for a TV.

Rental is for one adult only. Monthly charge includes rent, heat and electricity. Off street parking on premises. Must have your own transportation as the home is not located on a bus line.

No indoor smoking, no drugs, no parties. There are two friendly dogs and a cat; would prefer someone who loves animals.

Good references will be required.
