I have a beautiful deck that is accessible from a slider that leads out from the kitchen. The deck has fantastic deck furniture and a gazebo. The property is impeccably maintained and you will be surrounded by nature and tranquility. The gazebo has proven to be a popular spot to study when the weather is right.

I have a finished basement fully equipped with a gym sitting area with television & laundry.

You will have access to the garage and while renting will have a remote control for your vehicle to open and close the door. This is your key to the house. Don’t lose it lol

This is my home I live here alone with my dog. I am doing this for supplemental income. I keep an immaculate home and I expect you to partake in keeping it that way. I work from home so I am almost always here. I expect that you’d be gainfully employed and that it be the kind of job were you are out of the house 40 hours a week. Lol
