Spare Room in 3bdrm Apt,

My roommate and I have a 3rd room available for rent, We are on the third floor, theres no smoking inside but we have access to the back staircase.

Small pets allowed for a fee, My roommate has a cat, i have a lizard.

Internet included, the front door has a pin, laundry unit on site, parking and the landlord has plows during snow storms.

My name is Devin, my roommate is Joey,
We both work mornings but sometimes im working in the afternoon.

The kitchen is big, living room is big, all the rooms are good size, We have a decent pantry.

Quiet neighborhood, nice park right down the street, gas station, CVS and cumberland's, very near to the police department.

Joey and I are really chill, We keep with maintaining things, there is a dishwasher too.

We both game, both have vehicles, We have been here for just over two years,
The landlords name is Tom, great guy and very understanding and helpful.
