Roommate Wanted for 3bdr Apt in Clinton

I’m currently looking for a female roommate to rent a small bedroom in a two-floor apartment near downtown Clinton. First floor consists of a spacious kitchen, full bathroom (not pictured), dining room, and living room. Second floor consists of the three bedroom. This second bedroom is currently being used by my current roommate as a craft/storage room. It can easily fit a twin/twin xl or a full if you don’t have too much furniture. If needed, there will be room in the dining and/or living room when my roommate leaves as much of the furniture downstairs is hers - giving you the option of keeping some things in those areas as needed. Utilities including gas, electricity, and internet to be shared by roommates unless otherwise arranged. I will be looking for a third roommate for a separate bedroom so there will be three of us total.
