It is not a true one-bedroom, but the alcove keeps the sleeping area distinct from the main living space and makes the layout more functional than a typical open studio.

Rent: $2,450/month
Utilities: Heat and hot water included
Lease: New 12-month lease signed directly with management
Furnishing: Unfurnished; everything shown in the occupied photos will be removed
