The room has hardwood floors and an incredible view of the Back Bay Fens, Fenway Victory Gardens, Hancock Tower, Prudential Tower, and One Dalton (Four Seasons).

The apartment is a 1BR split, with the two bedrooms separated by a smaller common area. The building has a laundry room, recycling area, bicycle storage, and an elevator.

We're about a 6-minute walk from two Green Line stops (Hynes/ICA and Kenmore), and close to some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. Lansdowne Street, the Mass Pike, Charles River, Copley Square, Trader Joe's, and Star Market are all within short walking distance.

Rent is $1,400/month. Heat, hot water, and all utilities are included. Xfinity Internet & TV is also available, and I'm happy to split the cost. The room also comes furnished with a free Samsung 55-inch Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV and a very nice free futon (not listed in the photo).
