The apartment is fully furnished, and the bedroom can be left either furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. Rent is $1,900/month per person. Utilities are separate, but can be included depending on the arrangement.

The unit has central air, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an oven. There is also a washer/dryer in the building.

The apartment is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city - safe, lively, full of great restaurants and cafes, and with easy access to downtown. There are also three T stops within about a 10-minute walk, making commuting very convenient.

You’d be living with one friendly, professional housemate - a 26-year-old male working as a chemical engineer.
