You will occupy a medium-large room. The following items: hardwood floors, full-size bed, smart TV, Internet, desk and chair, a closet, dresser and full-size mirror. The rent is $1,175 a month.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, cooking ware, utensils, and pantry.

The washer and dryer is located in the lower level along with the following items: sauna, large screen Sony tv, freezer and furniture.

The house is a four level Queen Victorian that is divided into three apartments and small studio. There are two decks built on the back of the house. On the third level, there is a deck off from the kitchen. The other deck is much larger and is on the first level.

My neighborhood is safe and is in a multicultural community of Boston. The population consists of Irish, Afro Americans, Italian, Cape Verdeans, Caribbeans, Chinese, Europeans, Hispanics, and Latinos.

Given its diversity population and culture, you can find various restaurants and supermarkets. You have easy access to the brewing company along with a southern cuisine restaurant on the rooftop of Massachusetts Avenue, the Seaport District on Seaport Boulevard, South Bay Center on Allstate Road, Castle Island in South Boston, a Catholic church across from Hartford Street, a wellness gym on Dudley Street, and the theater & jazz District of Boston. These places are either in the neighborhood or close to my home.

Public transportation is great. You are only a five minute walk to the bus stop and commuter rail. The number 15 Ruggles St. station bus takes you to Northeastern University, Wentworth college, Wheelock, Simmons, Emmanuel, Harvard medical, and Harvard Public health, Massachusetts College of fine arts and pharmaceutical, the hospital district on Longwood Avenue in the orange line train station. The number 41 JFK and UMass bus will take you to UMass College and Upham Corner commuter rail will take you to South Station in less than 12 minutes. From there, you can take the red line train to Suffolk University, Emerson college, UMass, Mass General Hospital and downtown.

I am the homeowner who lives on the first floor. I tend to be optimistic and gracious. I liked life to be simple and stress-free. The others in the house live on either the second or third floor. They are grad students as well as professionals with great personalities. They always smile and have a kind word. Their place stays clean and they work together to keep it that way. I fine them to be pleasant, helpful and fun.

I would love to find a student, professional or mature adult that is a team player. Who understands the meaning of working together keeping the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom clean. Someone that is friendly and even tempered. Someone that can take pride in where they live. A person who is focused on their priorities and is not disturbing others with bad behaviors.
