Private room in Brighton - Male only (1st of June)

Hello!

I am looking to sublease my room starting 1st of June 2024 until August 31, with the offer to continue leasing directly with the landlord for a period of 12 months minimum.

The sublease is for a private room in a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment (all male). It comes unfurnished, however if interested the bed + mattress (bought August 2023 from IKEA) can be bought from me for a reasonable price.

The room is 12'2 x 10'8 in dimension and has an extra storage room that is suitable for storing your clothes (see marked room in the illustration of the floor plan).

Steps away from the Green Line on Comm Ave and short walk to Cleveland Circle/Reservoir. It takes approx. 25 min to get to Harvard Square with the bus that is only a 5-min walk away from the apartment. High-speed internet is included in your rent. In unit washer and dryer. Electricity and gas bills are split among the other roommates.

Less than 30 min commute time to the following universities:

- Harvard University (Business, law, longwood medical area, among others)
- Boston University
- Boston College (walkable distance).
