My name is Coco and I’m a 24 year old female.

I’m Coco Redican looking for a roommate to join my lease and fill a spot in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Seaport (the building is The Metlo). Move in would be late June/July. It’s been such a perfect place to live and I have absolutely LOVED being here this past year.

I am 24; I graduated from Bucknell in 2024 and moved to Boston last year. I’m now a pre-PA student taking postbacc classes at Northeastern at night and working full time at MGHospital as an MA during the weekdays, so I am not in the apartment much of the time. I’m easy to please and love all the regular activities—shopping, brunches/drinks/dinner, working out (maybe:), etc…

I’m hoping to find someone to fill the second bedroom with its own full bathroom. The building amenities include a rooftop pool, a big full gym, movie theater, pool room, a bunch study and entertainment spaces. Rent is ($2360); I don’t have a car but resident parking is available. I don’t have pets but love animals if you do. The rent is really very worth it with everything that’s included.
Centrally located in The Seaport, right in the middle of so much great shopping, workout classes, and restaurants-plus super quick walk to Trader Joe’s and the harbor.
