I have an apartment in Roxbury available for rent for the months of July and August, with the option for early move-in at the end of June. The apartment features a large bedroom with a walk-in closet and a spacious two-story layout with an outdoor patio. There is also a bike room in the building available. I am looking for a male to sublet my place, as my roommates are all males. The apartment is within 10 minutes' walking distance from the south end, Boston Medical Center, and Northeastern University. It is a 12 minute walk to the orange line and 2 minute walk to SL4 and SL5 buses, which takes you to downtown boston in 20 minutes
