I'm looking for a sublet to take over my contract from May until the end of August. Flexible move-in date (ideally by 17th May - negotiable if you want to move in earlier). Note that if you move in after 17th May, the rent will be adjusted.

1)Sublet available until the end of summer (17th May 2026 - 31st Aug 2026) for 3.5 months. The rent will be $1200 pcm. No broker fee, no last month's upfront payment and no security deposit payment. Bills will be approximately $50-70 a month.
