Hi! my friend Katie and I are looking for one female roommate to join our July 1 lease. We plan to finalize within the next week and are prioritizing someone ready to commit quickly!

Details:
- $1500/month + ~$60–90 utilities (electric, hot water, wifi)
- Heat included (gas)
- Fully furnished (bedrooms + common areas)
- In-unit washer/dryer
- No pets, no smoking
- No central AC (portable AC in living room; bedrooms need their own)

Location
- 5 min walk to Boston Medical Center / BU Medical Campus
- Easy access to SL4/SL5, CT3, multiple bus lines (1, 8, 47, etc)
- ~20–25 min to Longwood, Downtown, Prudential

About us

We’re both medical students in our clinical years and keep a pretty calm, easygoing home. Weekdays can be busy, so we like a quieter space at night, but we’re friendly and enjoy hanging out when schedules line up. We’re clean, respectful, and communicative about shared spaces.

Outside of school, we like exploring Boston, trying new cafes/restaurants, working out, and having low-key nights in (movies, cooking, etc.). We’d love a roommate who’s similar: easy to live with, considerate, and open to being friendly while also respecting personal space.
