Kitchen: Shared, fully equipped

Property Manager: Very responsive, quick to fix problems, and moves trash to curb twice a week.

Current Roommates: Three young professionals who have lived together for years. Friendly, respectful, and easy-going.

Neighborhood: Primarily families, grad students, and young professionals. Little environmental noise and safe.

Our Ideal Applicant: Quiet, courteous, respectful of space.

Additional Information: 10 minute walk from shopping at Nubian Square, buses at Nubian/Dudley Station, and the Roxbury branch of the Boston Library. Located right off of Washington St.
