The location is ideal for commuters and shoppers, with easy access to public transportation and local attractions, and a prime location near shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

You can walk to the Newmarket station (MBTA) in 7 minutes or hop on interstate 93 in 5 minutes by car. The South Bay shopping center is just an 11-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away. And you can reach downtown Boston in 10 minutes by car.

We are looking for a female roommate who is also a working professional, clean, respectful, and easy-going. No pets, no smoking, no drugs. You will need to pass a tenant screening process before moving in.

You’ll share the apartment with two other working professionals who live on separate floors. They are both clean, respectful, and friendly.

A single room with a private bathroom is available for rent for $1,400 per month, excluding utilities.

Tenants share the cost of gas, heat, and internet, which typically amounts to less than $100 per month. The landlord is responsible for the cost of water.

You will need to pay the first and last month's rent deposit upfront and sign a lease agreement..

The property has four levels. The basement apartment has its own private bathroom and is occupied.

The first floor has the property entrance, kitchen, living space and a half bathroom that is shared.

The second floor is available for rent and has three rooms, one of which is fully furnished, and a full private bathroom that is not attached to any of them.

You would be the only occupant on the second floor and have access to the private bathroom there.

The top floor is also occupied and has its own private bathroom.

You will have access to a shared kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, and one off-street parking spot. There’s also plenty of street parking for visitors.

Need more space as an office or storage? The whole second floor can be yours for $1,800 per month.

Preference is given to long-term arrangements, but short-term options will also be considered.
