Large Room in Roslindale

Large, bright, quiet room, fully furnished with a full size bed, dresser and large closet. The bathroom is mostly private. You will have use of the kitchen. This is a quiet, relaxed home. I own and occupy it. I travel often and when I'm home I work out of the house. I have a non-shedding, non-barking medium sized friendly doodle dog. I do not want other pets. No smoking although you may smoke outside on the deck on occasion or out front.
You must be friendly, quiet, and considerate, preferably a professional or looking to stay in Boston for the summer. I prefer a female or gender queer person. I am LGBTQ+ friendly. If things work out, we may extend the lease. There is plenty of on-street parking. If you need off street parking, we may be able to work that out.
