2 bedrooms available in new building in Roslindale

My roommates aren't renewing at our place, so I'm looking for two people to join me in a 3 bedroom apartment. (Located near Roslindale post office, master bedroom still available). I'm quiet, respectful, and independent, but also open to making new friends. I don't drink or smoke, and I'm usually in bed by 10pm most nights. My hobbies include baking (I hope you like chocolate!), writing, reading, thrifting, hiking, and traveling. I've spent most of my 20s teaching abroad, but I moved to Boston to work for a ministry that helps immigrants learn English and connect to local communities. I believe home should be a place to relax and unwind, so I like to keep things calm, clean, and peaceful. Even though I'm introverted, I definitely have outgoing moments and like making new friends.
The building is pretty new with an in-unit washer dryer and lots of natural light. Luxury style kitchen and bathroom but not a luxury price. Less than a five minute walk to the bus stop, commuter rail, library, and Rozzy square. Apartment comes with one parking spot (which I'm not using) but street parking is usually available too. The master bedroom is available and so is a smaller bedroom. Great neighbors. Occasionally some traffic noise leaks through the windows, but otherwise the walls are thick. We have AC, heat, a dishwasher, and a microwave so fancy it surprises me still. I still need to take pics of the bathroom and master bedroom, but here are some examples for now. When my roommates move out, they will take the couch and plants. If you are a couple, we'll divide the entire cost of the apartment evenly three ways. You'd have access to both the small and master bedrooms, your own bathroom, and one parking spot
