We are looking for a new roommate. We are 3 adult males all over 30. One of us has lived here for 7 years and another for 4 years. We are looking for roommates that wish to stay for a long period. Please, if you are looking for a place just for a few months, this is not for you.

Also, no pets or cigarette smoking inside the apartment.

To be open, I am the landlord helping the tenants find new roommates. They are unfamiliar with SpareRoom and asked for me to do the post. I will pass your information to the tenants

How long have you worked there? What is important to you in the place that you live? Stuff like that.
