🏠 Roommate Wanted – Brighton/Allston | Sept 1st L

Hey, I’m Grég! I’m looking for one easygoing roommate to take over the second bedroom in our 2-bed + office space, 1-bath apartment with front and back porch starting September 1st, 2026, on a 1-year lease. Rent is $1,500/month.

A few logistics :

· Utilities: Heat & electric are not included the cost varies season to season. While the electric has been averaging $80/month
The heat varies from $200-$400/month
Internet: $50
· Laundry : Coin-op machines are in the basement. Washer is $2.75 and dryer free

Off street parking available

The non-negotiable: I have an ESA dog named Quin 🐾, so you must be pet-friendly and comfortable living with a furry sidekick.

No other pets allowed besides one ESA.

🧍🏿‍♂️ A bit about me:

I work in healthcare finance for a hospital on the South Shore. Majority of the time I WFH with some occasional travel.

Outside of work I’m chilling with the community, walking my furry son, playing sports, working out at the Y, trying new restaurants, audio booking, anime, watching movies, board games, trivia nights, and much more. Open to pretty much anything.

My must-haves in a roommate:

Working professional over 25

I would like to have a roommate that is open to communicating especially since we will be in the same living quarters.
Keeping our shared spaces tidy and clean
