Looking for Roommate in Oak square/Brighton 9/1

I am looking for a roommate to move into my current apartment starting 9/1/26. The place is a 2 bedroom in the upstairs of a 2 family home. 1400 sqft not including a 1/2 finished / 1/2 unfinished attic. There is a small garage on street level for no additional fees. The rent is $2800/mo ($1400pp). Laundry is included in the basement of the house. There are two porches, one on the front and one on the back of the house. I am a 27 year old male, currently working full time in Waltham. I travel a lot for work so will likely be out of the house often. I have a very friendly 8 year old, 45 lb dog that lives with me, so you must be dog friendly. I am into sports, hanging out with friends and family, and am very easy going and clean. I am open to a male or female roommate. You will have a private bedroom at the back of the apartment, and everything else is shared space. The apartment is furnished (other than your bedroom), as I have been here for 4+ years. The landlord is very nice and easy going. Her mother lives in the unit downstairs and is very quiet and the sweetest lady ever!
