Looking for someone to take over a room in a great apartment starting June 1. The place is in a prime location just a short walk to Brighton Center, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transit. The building is a 3 unit family home. The downstairs unit is under renovation and there is someone living in the apartment above.

• Very spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room
• Large backyard with grill and lawn furniture (great in the summer)
• Laundry on-site (coin-operated)
• Parking included
• Shared spaces are already furnished (you’d just need bedroom furniture)
• There is an extra walk in closet in the living room if you need more storage space
• Lots of natural light in the room and apartment

About me:
I’m in my mid-20s, a UMass grad, and work in sports sponsorships. I’m pretty easygoing, keep shared spaces clean, and have a hybrid schedule so I’m home a good amount. I also travel occasionally for work.
