We are looking to sub-let our beautiful fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Boston's North End , to someone who can also look after our two very affectionate fur babies.

The apartment is beautiful and just minutes from the Financial District, waterfront, town centre and public transport. We are ideally looking to let it from July 3 to mid-August.

About the Cats:
The apartment is also home to two friendly indoor cats, Cotton and Nala who will remain during the sublet. They are low-maintenance , affectionate, and spend most of their day lounging by the windows or napping. Cotton is a 7-year old, pure white, deaf male and Nala is a 5-year old tabby female who is mini.

Looking for a responsible, tidy, and reliable person who will treat the apartment as their own and enjoy the company of two lovely cats and comfortable with basic cat care (feeding, fresh water, litter box maintenance and lots of cuddles and strokes). For the right person/couple we would be willing to negotiate on price.
