Large Sunny Bedroom in 2-BR Apt. with Parking Spot

I'm looking for a sublet from June 1st-August 31st. I'm happy to be flexible on the move-in an move-out dates.

This fully furnished room is in a two-bedroom apartment that has a full kitchen, bathroom, and a living/dining room. The room is large, has a closet, and has a big sunny bay window. My furniture (queen bed, nightstand, dresser, desk, desk chair) will stay during the duration of the sublet. Just please treat them well, because I need them for next year. There is a washer and dryer in the basement and a free parking spot in the backyard. The current roommate is a female college student who is very clean, friendly, and quiet.

The apartment is in a quiet part of Mission Hill with lots of trees and is walkable to the Roxbury Crossing MBTA Orange Line stop, Stop & Shop, as Wentworth University and Northeastern University.

The rent is $1400 per month, which includes water, which I'm willing to be a little flexible on. Electricity is normally pretty cheap. Wifi is set up and is $12.50 per month.

I'm happy to give a tour of the apartment before you commit to renting.
