**Three Furnished Rooms Available for Rent at $1,000 Each**

We are offering three furnished rooms for rent, with flexible move-in dates. Please note that the minimum stay is twelve months, and a security deposit of half a month's rent is required. The monthly rent is $1,000, with no broker fees.

All utilities—including water, heating, electricity, and gas—are included in the rental price, along with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. A brand-new washer and dryer are provided; however, the washer will be coin-operated starting March 1, 2026.

- **Room 2 (White Galore):** Ideal for professionals, this spacious room includes a queen-sized bed, a 45-inch smart TV, two nightstands, two lamps, a portable closet, an alarm clock, and a throw rug. The elegant decor features gold and white accents and a ceiling fan. Available now.

- **Room 3 (Black and White Comfort):** Centrally located, this room offers a queen-sized bed, nightstand, lamps, a ceiling fan, a closet, a desk and stool, and a throw rug. Available now.

- **Room 4 (Green Glamour):** Located at the rear of the home, this room features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, lamp, lounge chair with ottoman, and air conditioning.

Located conveniently near a bus stop and a five-minute walk to the trolley station, this residence offers easy access to public transportation and local attractions.

For security, all rooms have coded locks and the premises are monitored by exterior cameras.
