The apartment is located on the 1st floor, there’s on street parking and very close walking distance to public transportation, restaurants, convenience stores, dry cleaner, laundromat, public park and many other stores. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk and will take you to either Mattapan Square (10 minute ride), Forrest Hills Orange line train station (10-15 minute ride) or to Dudley Station (25-30 minute ride). There’s also wireless internet throughout the apartment and the shared living room has a large 50” TV with YouTube Live tv. There’s presently 2 professional males and 1 professional female residing in the other 3 bedrooms. The first month rent of $900 and a $900 security deposit is required prior to moving in.

Washer and dryer is not available at this time but there is a laundromat within a 3 minute walk.
