Posting this on behalf of the landlord. I am moving out, and the room will be available starting January 1, 2027. The lease runs through September 1, 2027.

Rent & Deposit:

Rent: $925/month

Utilities Included: All utilities (electricity, gas, water) are included in the rent—no extra monthly bills.

AC: Free air conditioner provided by the landlord during the summer.

Deposit: $925 (one month's rent, due upon signing the lease).

House Details:

3-Story House: 2 people live on the ground floor, 3 people on the floor where this room is located, and 1 person on the top floor.

Facilities: 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens in the house.

Laundry: Free washer and dryer inside the house.

Landlord: The landlord manages the property directly and is very attentive and responsive.

Parking:

Street parking is easily available with a resident parking permit sticker.

There is a driveway, but you need to speak directly with the landlord regarding its usage.
