House is in a very quiet neighborhood, next to the new Harvard Engineering School, 5 MINUTES WALK to Harvard Business School, Harvard shuttle bus and public bus 66 (to Harvard Square) and 70 (to Central Square). 10-20 minute walk to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping. 10-15 minutes bike to Harvard Square, MIT and BU. Street parking is available with permit from City of Boston.

Rent:
The rent is $1125/month. The lease is on a flexible term and can be renewed.

The rent includes ALL UTILITIES (electricity, gas, water, and high speed Wi-Fi). Free wash and dry machine in the house.

Move in cost: first month (prorated if not from 1st day), last month rent and $300 security deposit. NO AGENT FEE. Owner managed house.
