Hi everyone! I'm subletting my room from mid-may to mid-august!
Rent is $1,875/month, including all utilities, and the apartment comes fully furnished! It’s located right in front of the Babcock T stop, with a Star Market just a 1-minute walk away—super convenient for groceries and commuting. On the Boston University campus. We also have a lovely little balcony with a little garden 🙂
The building has great amenities, including a spacious common area/workspace for studying, a gym, and nighttime security.
The room and home will come fully furnished!
My roommate will be living in the other bedroom over the summer, and we also have a friendly cat!
