Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking for someone to join our apartment starting August 1st or September 1st.
The apartment is located in Jamaica Plain and is a beautifully newly remodeled space with a brand new kitchen and newly renovated bathrooms (1.5 bath). It's about a 15-minute walk to the Orange Line, making it an easy 30-minute commute to Downtown Boston. Street parking is available, and it's generally very easy to find a spot nearby.
About Us
We're two girly girl roommates in our mid-20s and working professionals. One of us is a teacher, and the other is an accountant who works from home 2–3 days a week (sometimes less, depending on the time of year).
We're friendly, active, and love having a comfortable, welcoming home. We're always down to grab dinner, drinks, or explore Boston on the weekends, but we also appreciate our downtime and respect each other's space. We keep common areas clean, communicate openly, and are looking for someone who shares those values.
Who We're Looking For
We're hoping to find a girl roommate who's clean, respectful, communicative, and easygoing. We'd love someone who enjoys living in a friendly household where everyone is considerate of shared spaces and responsibilities.
While there's absolutely no pressure to become best friends, we'd love someone who's open to the occasional dinner or drink together while also valuing everyone's independence and privacy.
