Looking for a roommate for my sunny 2-bedroom in JP. Large living room and kitchen, average-sized bedrooms. Kitchen has a walk-in pantry and dishwasher. The place gets tons of natural light and has a beautiful back porch surrounded by trees.

This is a 3rd-floor apartment in a 3-story building. There's coin-op laundry in the building next door. Parking is street parking, but it's always really easy to find a spot.

I have a cat who loves people but is nervous around other animals, so I ask that any potential roommates not bring any pets of their own. I'm also looking for non-smokers and would prefer no undergrads or recent grads.

About me: I'm a 34-year-old woman working primarily from home as a copywriter. I'm introverted, calm, and average in terms of cleanliness (I want a clean kitchen and bathroom but am relaxed about most other things.
