1 bedroom in a 4 bed, 2 bath. Available now through August as a sublet, then lease available September (12 months).

Central AC and free in-unit laundry! Room fully furnished; drawers, closet, and desk empty (photos taken before I cleared personal items out). Shelves cleared for you in the kitchen pantry, fridge, freezer, and bathroom. Parking space not available currently but will be in September (there is free street parking).

Jamaica Plain, 6 min walk from Stony Brook and Greene Street. 10-15 min walk from City Feed & Whole Foods, Stop & Shop 1 stop away on the T. Lots of restaurants and little shops on Centre Street.

House has big living room / kitchen space with lots of natural light. My favorite part is the back porch that overlooks the neighbor's garden! My 3 roommates are all women, working professionals in their mid twenties, and are very fun and kind! There are also two very sweet cats.

Looking for: Someone who's queer-friendly and conscientious. Female or non-binary. We have a chore chart that we follow.
