Sunny room in 3 bed 1 bath in Jamaica Plain, Bosto

We are looking for a female roommate to fill the third bedroom in our sunny 3-bedroom apartment on Centre St, Jamaica Plain. Looking for ideally someone to sign a one-year lease starting June 1, 2026, but will consider a short term summer (June to Aug) sublease as well.

The apartment is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the Green Street stop on the Orange Line and across the street from the 39 bus stop. Street parking is always available on the side streets next to the building. There are many restaurants and stores nearby, as well as great green spaces, including Loring House, Arnold Arboretum, and Jamaica Pond - all are minutes away.

We love this apartment. It includes a spacious living room and kitchen. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, fridge, and tall cabinets. The kitchen gets lots of morning sun while the living room gets afternoon light.

The bedroom for rent gets lots of morning light and faces the quiet courtyard behind our building. There is enough space to fit a full-sized bed, desk, and storage units. Currently, it is furnished (negotiable, if you want to bring your own things).

The rent is $965 per month, and it includes heat and hot water. We pay for electricity, cooking gas, and wifi, which comes out to be $50-$60 per person per month.

Additionally, the second roommate has a cat that is usually in her room but sometimes ventures out.
