Hi there!
We are three friendly, respectful, easygoing, hardworking professionals looking for a fourth roommate.

The house is conveniently in the centre of JP! With free washer and dryer, 3 &1/2 bathrooms, hardwood floors, gas cooking stove, microwave, dishwasher, geothermal heating and cooling, gas fire place, dinning room, living room, eat in kitchen and 4 bedrooms. Plus it is literally 10 minutes to Green Street T stop, 5 minutes to the 39 bus, and 8 minutes to JP Licks along with many wonderful restaurants and shops. We keep the common area's clean and organized. The room that will open up is quite large with great windows, a large private bathroom that has great built in closet space.

We are looking for one roommate to move in as early as March 1st or later

The house has three floors, living room, dining room, eat in kitchen. The second floor is 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, the third floor has 2 more bedrooms with a shared bathroom and the washer & dryer.

The rent is $1,355.00 per month and the utilities internet, gas, electric are split four ways and so far they run $60 to $130 in the coldest part of the winter. Current roommate is moving in with girlfriend.

The landlord lives on the same property behind our house with his family. He is very responsive.
There are no pets allowed. 1st & last, references, and credit check.
