Looking for someone to sublet from March 1st through the end of lease on Sept 1. A private unfurnished bedroom in a furnished 3 bd/1 bath apartment that is a short walk to the center of Jamaica Plain.

Current tenant is a middle-aged woman with a bunny. Dogs and other pets are welcome, except for cats. Lots of storage in the apartment and additional downstairs.

A 6min walk to the Orange Line Forest Hills station and connected to several bus routes. Several parks nearby. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Lots of street parking available, even with snow. It's honestly a really cute area and I've really enjoyed my time living here, but it's time for me to move on.
