Looking For 3Rd Roommate !!!

This apartment is on the third floor (of 3). There is one kitchen, a living room, and one bathroom, all shared. There are 2 female roommates continuing the lease next year and we are looking for a 3rd to take the room of our roommate who is graduating. Everything is furnished aside from the room you will be renting. Water is covered, but we split gas, electricity and wifi 3 ways. There is a parking lot, but it is permit parking, there is free street parking in the front. We also have a back deck. We are pet and smoke free (in the apartment), but the landlord tends to allow emotional support animals. The lease will run from 9/1/26-9/1/27 and we need someone ASAP! *Some images taken from previous tenants on zillow, don’t have images on hand*
