🏠 About the home
Two-story condo (1,826 sq ft) in a quiet part of Jamaica Plain. I own the condo, and roommates here typically stay 3–4 years. Rent is slightly below market and I’ve never raised rent on a roommate.

This is a music-friendly but not loud home (I taught at Berklee for most of my career). Perfect for med students, grad students, or professionals. Only 15 minutes to the Longwood medical area; the Orange Line (2 blocks away) takes you directly to Mass Ave for Berklee/NEC.
