**1 bedroom with private half bath available 6/1 or 7/1 in huge and renovated 3 bed apartment in JP**

Hi everyone! I’m moving out of Boston and looking for someone to take over my bedroom in a beautiful 3-bed apartment in a great location of JP.

Monthly rent is $1450 for this room (largest in the apartment with private 1/2 bath) + utilities (average $30-$50/month, up to $75-$100 in coldest months)

About the apartment:
- Massive, 2 floor apartment- full 2 top floors of a 3 story home. The unit below is a couple who is very quiet and mostly keeps to themselves.
- Common areas: living room, dining room, renovated kitchen, and beautiful deck off the kitchen, backyard (shared with downstairs tenants). Full basement for storage, with basement entrance for easy bike access.
- Laundry is FREE and in the basement (shared with other unit)
- 8 minute walk to Forest Hills Orange Line T stop; 10 minute walk to downtown JP with tons of restaurants, cafes, etc.
- Free street parking, no permit required

About the room:
- Largest bedroom in the apartment and includes a private half bath to yourself! Located on the top floor with a private staircase.
- Can easily fit a full or queen, desk, dresser and still have more room
- Full closet

About the roommates:
- Two non-binary tenants in their mid-20s. Both have been living in Boston for multiple years, and value keeping the common areas clean (currently have a shared chore system). Would ideally love to bring someone in that also identifies as queer and uses she/they pronouns!
- Mostly we keep to ourselves but are friendly and do hang out occasionally! We’re very easygoing and have open communication for having guests over or hosting get-togethers.
- You would also be living with a very friendly cat (pictured). No other pets, sorry!
