The room in this furnished 2.5 bed 1 bathroom unit in the heart of JP's Brewery District is steps away from local cafes, parks and a 6-minute walk to the Orange Line (Stony Brook) and the Southwest Corridor. The room has beautiful hardwood floors, natural light, two spacious closets, a furnished comfortable new twin trundle bed, desk & chair setup (can discuss if you want these things or not). The room is perfect for someone who wants a move-in ready home base in a quiet yet vibrant neighborhood with an easy city commute. The room is available for 1 month June 1–July 1.

All utilities are included in the rent and there is free street parking. You'll share a furnished living room, a fully equipped and updated kitchen with a fridge and dishwasher, bathroom, and a furnished back porch with me. There is free in-building laundry with new appliances. The unit has a cool layout and cozy decor.

About Me! I’m a 31 y/o Graphic Designer who works from home and enjoys planning trips almost as much as I love going on them. I love cooking meals at home and trying new recipes, usually while listening to a podcast. I'm also a part-time dog walker and dogsitter and I'll sometimes have a pup spend the day or a few nights, so a fondness for dogs is a must! I like to spend time outside the apartment on weekends catching up with friends, thrifting or sewing.

My favorite roommate situations have been the ones where we can comfortably share the space together, stay in for a show or movie night, or attend a local event together (like Trivia at Sam Adams!). Taking time to have my own space and recharge is important to me too.
