Looking for someone to sublet/ take over my room in a spacious East Boston apartment starting by November 1.
Rent: $1,475/month + shared utilities

Lease/Sublease through August 31, 2027

You'll be sharing the apartment with only one other roommate. The apartment has 3 rooms total, with the third currently used as a shared office/storage space rather than another bedroom.

Looking for someone responsible, clean, respectful, and able to reliably pay rent for the remainder of the lease. Landlord approval will be required before move-in.
November 1 preferred, but move-in date can be somewhat flexible.
